ARE THERE CANCELLATION FEES?
MOORE CREATIVE services are individual and or contract based. Signed contract agreements are subject to a 2 month early termination fee.
DOES PRO MOORE CREATIVES CREATE WEBSITES?
Yes! We create and build custom websites under the platform that will best suit your needs. Websites come with an annual contract.
WHO WILL DESIGN MY GRAPHICS?
All your projects will be designed by our graphic designers. Our designers have several years of experience, and many on our team have vast experience working directly with business and nonprofits! Our designers work within standard US time zones.
WHAT KIND OF WORK CAN I REQUEST?
Our professional graphic design team can handle almost all your graphic design needs. Types of projects we usually work on include sermon series designs, announcement graphics, slideshow graphics, T-Shirt designs, print pieces, banners, social media graphics, web graphics, etc…
HOW MANY PROJECTS CAN I HAVE EACH MONTH?
We have a variety of plan options to meet your specific needs. With each plan, you have dedicated team members who will help you organize your projects. For most plans, your graphic design team is working on only one active project at a time (which can have multiple size outputs), but you'll never be limited with how much you can send in. At the completion of one project, we will start another.
REVISIONS
We want you to be satisfied with your designs, so we offer the option to have multiple first concepts and revisions on each project.
WHAT WORK DON'T YOU DO?
Projects that are out of scope include: complex illustrations, original infographics, fillable or interactive PDF documents, photoshop art or complex photo manipulation, large print/PDF projects, large copy-heavy layout projects, magazine layouts, 3D / CAD. Company/organization logos are not included with our design plans, but are available with our branding packs! If you have questions about a project or skill set, please ask!
DO YOU HAVE A BUSY SEASON?
Yes, timelines for projects may be extended during our busy seasons which are the 5 weeks prior to Easter, and Thanksgiving through Christmas.

Social media is about building relationships, sharing new ideas, and inspiring your community. We gather your insights, do our own research, and ensure that we are speaking with your voice. With all of that information, we build a strategic plan together that allows us to inspire and connect with your target audience. This is what we do and we’re passionate about it!

Right now we love designing for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for our organizations.

You can expect your social media to ignite in one month! We take the time to build a strong foundation with strategy, planning, and on-trend design, so your social profiles can shine once we start posting.
VIDEO:
WHAT WE DO:
Testimonial: Basically like the name says, any video that showcases someone's testimony. These have to be captured by our client, so we can edit the footage, put the final touches on it, and piece it together. Another name for these types of videos is "God Story," where we experience an individual's coming to Christ visually using him/her speaking on camera, images, emotional music, etc. in a structured way where we witness the issues in their life before Christ and how (s)he radically changed after finding him. These types of videos are usually 3–5 minutes long and are probably some of the most difficult to put together because that is a very short time to put in someone's God story.
Event Promo: It's typically a short, high-energy video (30–45 sec long) promoting an upcoming event. This can be anything from a Teenage Camp to a Women's Gathering. We usually ask these to be planned well ahead so there is enough time for creation and promotion. These can have a voice-over or be completely text and image-driven.
Sermon Bumper: A sermon bumper is a video created for a specific sermon series that plays in person or online before the pastor begins preaching about the sermon. These are usually derived from the graphics you and the graphics team work on together plus any individual verbiage/imagery you want created for your sermons. These types of videos can also highlight the individual themes of each coming week within that sermon series. These can consist of original footage provided by the client, stock footage, some motion graphics, voiceovers, and music/audio effects.
Sermon Promo: These types of videos are nearly identical to the Sermon Bumpers with the exception that they promote them and have dates at the end of the video to alert your congregation about the upcoming sermon series. They are typically 30 seconds but are created often at the same time as the bumper since the content is identical. They are just shortened as to not give away everything about the series. We often like to think of these as the teasers or trailers before the big film plays at the movies.
Sermon HotSpot: This is a 30–60 second social media video highlighting a key moment from a weekend’s service by the preacher, guest speaker, etc. These videos are meant to be eye-catching and engaging, so we use graphics — to make them “pop” — and captions. We ask that our clients supply us the clip (we don’t take links and cut them ourselves) and if possible transcribe them, so we can focus on the creative part in editing these snippets.
DO YOU CREATE ANIMATIONS?
Animation includes any video involving complex animations such as character creation, rigging, and more. These types of animations are currently out of scope but can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for the possibility of an animation upgrade charge.
HOW LONG CAN EACH VIDEO BE?
Sermon Hotspots are 30–59 seconds long to allow for maximum impact on your social media. All other videos can be up to 180 seconds in length.
WILL YOU EDIT MY WEEKEND SERVICE?
We do not edit entire weekend services. All video content has a maximum of 180 seconds.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE YOUR VIDEO IDEA?
We want you to be satisfied with your videos. That is why we offer the option for additional concepts and revisions on each project.
